Established Tianjin Teda International Warehousing & Transportation Co., Ltd. (currently Tianjin Alps Teda Logistics Co., Ltd.).
Listed on the Second Section at the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1996 Acquired the stock of Ryutsu Service Corp.
1997 Established Alps Logistics (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore.
2001 Obtained customs brokers license from Tokyo Customs.

2002 Registered as IATA Cargo Agency and started international air cargo consolidation service.
